Join a team that values people as its greatest asset. We’re seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring for sales and customer care roles. In this role, you’ll be central to shaping the candidate journey—sourcing talent, guiding interviews, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to offer.
What You’ll Do
- Source candidates through inbound applications and targeted outreach, using LinkedIn and internal databases to find both active and passive talent
- Conduct a minimum of 88 interviews per month via phone, video, or in-person formats, and manage offer communications
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, align on expectations, and coordinate interview logistics
- Develop relationships with college career centers, faculty, and community organizations to expand talent pipelines
- Support onboarding efforts and contribute to projects that improve recruiting efficiency
- Use structured interviewing and data insights to make consistent, objective hiring decisions
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume environments
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing tools
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and adapt quickly in a fast-moving setting
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and candidate experience
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience recruiting for entry-level or college roles is a plus
Tools & Environment
You’ll work remotely with access to physical offices in Denver, Indianapolis, and New York for those nearby. Our team maintains a 'camera on' approach for virtual collaboration. The role uses LinkedIn and an applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines.
