Pearl Talent is looking for a Talent Matching Lead to be the critical link between exceptional candidates and mission-driven clients. You will ensure our placements are successful by deeply understanding client needs, rigorously assessing candidate fit, and guiding both parties toward a seamless match.
What You'll Do
- Assess the feasibility of client roles and guide clients toward realistic hiring goals.
- Evaluate candidate quality to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Provide insights to improve role clarity and align expectations between clients and candidates.
- Conduct detailed candidate evaluations to gauge suitability for specific roles.
- Serve as the primary liaison between candidates and clients, facilitating smooth communication.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring they are informed and confident.
- Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Proactively resolve challenges in the hiring process, from scheduling to mismatched expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential improvements in matching workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling and logistics inquiries.
- Track role progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in creating resources, such as hiring timelines and onboarding materials.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in executive recruitment or high-touch talent matching.
- Strong ability to assess role feasibility and candidate quality.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in email and Slack management to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience creating structured materials, such as hiring guides and reports.

- Familiarity with top-grading interview methodologies.
