HERA Organics is looking for a Talent Manager to drive and support our talent agenda while designing and implementing career development experiences. You will manage talent portfolios, track contracts, run search meetings, and partner with account leads to align talent growth with client needs.
What You'll Do
- Manage components of our talent’s career portfolio by prioritizing and coordinating work; collect and summarize information to inform decisions.
- Manage a pool of talent, tracking contract dates and prioritizing the bench.
- Run weekly search meetings with hiring managers, staying organized, giving updates, and holding others accountable for action items.
- Track and approve timecards, PTO, weekly 1:1s, and conduct annual reviews.
- Define and track key performance indicators and metrics to measure success and drive accountability.
- Continuously look for ways to simplify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.
- Develop and manage plans, systems, tools, processes, and procedures that maximize the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of the performance process, including goal setting, performance reviews, development plans, and quarterly coaching sessions.
- Partner with Account Leads, sharing insight, opportunities and challenges around talent growth and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in people management.
- Familiarity with project management tooling.
- Familiarity with office and calendar apps.
Nice to Have
- Experience working within Greenhouse.
- Familiarity with Airtable, Asana, or Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated experience as a client partner or account manager.
- Experience designing and implementing high-touch onboarding experiences.
