Beacon Biosignals is hiring a Talent Management Partner to lead a complete redesign of our performance management and talent planning systems from the ground up. You will act as the architect for this initiative, building a modern, AI-native talent framework and driving its adoption across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the architect for the performance management and talent planning redesign, applying a product mindset to build and own the roadmap.
- Partner with People Technology to translate vision into scalable technology execution, defining requirements and supporting configuration.
- Lead project management of the initiative, tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring workstreams stay aligned.
- Build feedback loops that give team members visibility into progress and give managers insight for coaching and development.
- Design and deliver enablement to drive adoption, including change management plans, manager toolkits, and training.
- Consult with People Business Partners and Division leaders to ensure programs are practical and aligned to business needs.
- Build succession planning, talent identification, and skills-based frameworks to strengthen leadership pipelines.
- Partner with People Analytics to design dashboards that produce actionable insights for leaders.
- Drive operational discipline by clarifying ownership, documenting processes, and continuously improving programs.
What We're Looking For
- An innovative, AI-forward mindset and experience applying emerging technology to solve people problems.
- A proven track record designing, implementing, and governing global talent management processes and enterprise-wide programs.
- A product-minded approach to talent programs, with experience building roadmaps and designing performance processes.
- Strong experience partnering with Technology teams, including translating program vision into business requirements.
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multi-phase rollouts in an asynchronous, fully remote environment.
- Demonstrated change management and enablement capability, including building training and communications for a globally distributed environment.
- Experience owning succession planning and talent identification approaches with a focus on leadership pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills, including defining talent health metrics and building dashboards for executive audiences.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence across People Business Partners, People Technology, and senior business leaders.
- Comfort operating autonomously and asynchronously in a fully remote environment, with a bias toward clear documentation and operational discipline.
