In this critical role, you will execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified, diverse candidates, matching them to opportunities with our clients. What You'll Do
- Source candidates through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media, career fairs, and direct contact.
- Collaborate with colleagues to fully understand client hiring objectives and requirements.
- Submit candidates, providing information needed to facilitate hiring decisions, including salary recommendations.
- Coordinate interview and follow-up activities.
- Guide candidates through the recruiting process as their advocate, evaluating skills, managing interviews, and facilitating salary negotiations.
- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiations on salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
- Ensure pre-employment steps like reference checks, background, and drug tests are completed timely.
- Manage consultants on assignment and facilitate their redeployment as assignments conclude.
- Conduct all interactions with diplomacy and tact, maintaining confidentiality and conscientious respect.
- Connect regularly with candidates, colleagues, and clients to develop relationships, expand industry knowledge, and generate referrals.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and recommend creative strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Help newer team members succeed through mentorship and sharing expertise.
What We're Looking For
- 8-13 years of professional experience in a staffing, corporate, recruiting, or professional sales environment.
- Ability to develop customer relationship management, consultative, and negotiation skills.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives, and work well in a team environment under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to grasp cutting edge technologies.
Nice to Have
- A BA/BS degree is preferred.
