What You'll Do
Play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale wind energy project at Brighton Mountain. You’ll manage shop drawing records, track requests for information (RFIs), and ensure changes are accurately documented and resolved. You'll review subcontractor RFIs before they’re sent to consultants and help drive timely responses.
Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and project consultants to schedule and facilitate meetings for issue resolution. Support project leadership by maintaining construction schedules, conducting quality inspections, and updating progress tracking systems. As needed, you may take direct responsibility for managing specific subcontractors or project components.
Work closely with project managers and field supervisors to maintain administrative accuracy and support on-site operations, ensuring all documentation reflects current project status.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in construction or a related technical field
- Familiarity with scheduling and project management software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, drawings, and specifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Proven teamwork skills with a focus on collaborative project delivery
- Capacity to represent the project team professionally to external partners and community representatives

Work Environment
This is an onsite position located at the Brighton Mountain Windfarm near Juniper, New Brunswick. Work hours are flexible depending on project demands and travel requirements. The role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and respect within a diverse team environment.
