About the Role

Join a significant renewable energy project at the Brighton Mountain Windfarm near Juniper, NB, where your organizational skills will contribute directly to operational efficiency. In this onsite role, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support to project teams and subcontractors, helping maintain accurate records and seamless communication.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes promptly
  • Manage mail distribution, resource room bookings, and maintain training documentation
  • Track employee and equipment hours, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
  • Prepare client-facing materials including reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Process and validate invoices, supporting accounts payable workflows
  • Coordinate with subtrades and on-site staff to verify project requirements are met
  • Maintain attendance logs and support personnel data collection protocols
  • Ensure all project-related information is properly documented, stored, and updated
  • Carry out document control duties across project phases

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a courteous and professional phone presence
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
