Lead comprehensive transformation efforts for insurance clients, overseeing key initiatives in claims modernization, underwriting optimization, digital distribution, and customer experience redesign. What You'll Do
- Direct phases of large-scale change programs, coordinating business, technology, and operational components across Life, P&C, Specialty, and Health insurance domains.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor risks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders, clearly communicating value, managing expectations, and securing alignment between business and IT leaders.
- Help shape client strategy by defining operating models, digital roadmaps, and technology visions, identifying opportunities for performance improvement and cost optimization.
- Coach and supervise teams of consultants, providing guidance, reviewing deliverables, and fostering professional growth.
- Support business development through proposal creation, scoping engagements, pricing analysis, and contributing to thought leadership and RFP responses.
- Advance practice capabilities by integrating emerging technologies, automation tools, and data-driven methodologies into client solutions.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in management consulting or within the insurance industry, with demonstrated success in leading end-to-end transformation programs.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance functions including underwriting, policy administration, claims, distribution, customer service, reinsurance, and product design.
- Proven track record in technology modernization—such as core system replacement, cloud migration, and process automation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with data analytics or machine learning applications in insurance is an advantage.
- Fluent English (mandatory) with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
