What You'll Do
Oversee facilities operations for a large network of dialysis centers across two designated regions, managing a portfolio of 500 to 700 sites with an annual budget of approximately $40 million. Evaluate facility conditions through regular site assessments, focusing on structural integrity, safety standards, and operational efficiency. Prioritize and manage capital improvement projects such as renovations and construction, along with routine maintenance and facility refresh initiatives in coordination with senior operations leaders and external partners.
Review and authorize contracts, project expenditures, and invoice payments, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to approved budgets. Monitor capital spending variances and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain fiscal discipline. Deliver monthly performance reports to executive leadership, highlighting key metrics, project progress, and operational outcomes. Support the development of annual operating and capital budgets by providing data-driven insights and cost analysis.
Ensure compliance with established maintenance protocols and regulatory requirements across all facilities. Promote consistent building performance and equipment reliability through proactive planning and oversight. Collaborate with internal departments in a fully matrixed organizational structure, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and company-wide meetings as needed.
