What You'll Do
In this role, you will take ownership of key client accounts and proactively identify new business avenues. You'll conduct in-depth research to target prospects, craft persuasive sales proposals, and present solutions that align with client objectives. Your responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to negotiation and closing—while ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences. By gathering insights from the field, you'll help shape product improvements and service enhancements. Regular reporting to leadership will keep stakeholders informed of progress and pipeline health.
Requirements
- Citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member countries is required
- A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven ability in sales execution and contract negotiation
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in a sales-driven environment
- Background in solution-based or value-selling methodologies
