We are looking for an Undergraduate Intern to focus on social media, content creation, and engagement initiatives. This role is perfect for students passionate about marketing, branding, communications, and community building.

What You'll Do

  • Create social content for LinkedIn and the company intranet that highlights our employer brand.
  • Develop employee spotlights, culture features, and behind-the-scenes storytelling content.
  • Monitor and track engagement metrics and social trends to inform content direction.
  • Support campaign planning and execution tied to employer brand initiatives.
  • Serve as a central point of connection across internship and early career programs.
  • Support internal engagement activities like intern communications and newsletters.
  • Assist in creating experiences that build excitement across talent programs.
  • Help coordinate events or digital meetups that strengthen community.
  • Assist in building digital assets, presentations, and toolkits for brand activations.
  • Partner with recruiters to enhance job posting visibility and messaging.
  • Gather feedback from candidate and intern touchpoints to inform improvements.
  • Assist in career site content updates with inclusive messaging and strong storytelling.
  • Conduct research on inclusive hiring trends and employer brand best practices.
  • Work on candidate experience research projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 - May 2028.
