Role Overview
You’ll help scale a growing AI company from 75 to over 100 team members by identifying and engaging top-tier global talent. Working directly with the CEO and leadership, you’ll build and refine a modern, AI-driven recruitment strategy that supports rapid growth and long-term hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and connect with high-potential candidates in major tech hubs worldwide, focusing on individuals not actively seeking new roles
- Implement and optimize an AI-powered recruitment stack using advanced tools and non-traditional sourcing methods
- Cultivate lasting relationships with passive talent across regions to stay ahead of hiring demands
- Lead the candidate experience from first contact through final decision, ensuring every interaction reflects clarity and respect
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical fit and cultural alignment, delivering clear summaries to hiring leaders
- Collaborate with founders and team leads to streamline hiring workflows and reduce bottlenecks as the company scales
- Support initiatives that strengthen employer branding and position the company as a top destination for AI talent
What We’re Looking For
At least three years in recruitment, with two or more in tech environments—ideally within startups or fast-moving scale-ups. You have a proven ability to source globally, with experience engaging talent from the US, EU, and LATAM. You're fluent in English, deeply familiar with ATS platforms, and comfortable navigating uncensored content as part of hiring for open-model AI products.
You thrive in autonomous settings where initiative is expected. You’re goal-driven, take ownership, and balance execution with strategy. You’re humble, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
Preferred Background
- Experience recruiting in AI or technical AI-adjacent roles
- Involvement in employer branding, compensation analysis, or broader talent strategy
Technology in Use
Our stack includes Applicant Tracking Systems, AI agents, niche developer communities, and tools like ChatGPT, Cursor, Hugging Face, and Claude Code to power sourcing and outreach.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role with no location restrictions. The team operates globally, and we value flexibility and trust. You’ll work independently while staying closely aligned with leadership.
