As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing AI company serving millions. With plans to expand beyond 100 employees, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging skilled professionals worldwide, especially from leading tech ecosystems.
What You'll Do
- Proactively scout and connect with high-potential candidates in key global markets, including North America, Europe, and Latin America, even when they’re not actively job-seeking
- Use AI-powered sourcing tools and unconventional channels to uncover talent beyond traditional job boards
- Own the full candidate journey—from initial outreach to final offer—ensuring every interaction reflects clarity, respect, and professionalism
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical fit and alignment with our values, delivering clear summaries to decision-makers
- Collaborate with founders and team leads to streamline hiring workflows and adapt processes as the company scales
- Help build our employer brand through content and outreach that positions us as a top destination for AI talent
- Nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates to support future hiring needs
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on tech roles
- Proven success sourcing talent globally, particularly from major technology hubs
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and modern recruitment platforms
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-moving environments with minimal oversight
- Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and follow-through
- Comfort with hiring for products involving uncensored models and content
- A growth mindset—open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting in AI, machine learning, or related technical domains
- Exposure to employer branding, compensation analysis, or broader talent strategy initiatives
