As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll drive hiring for a rapidly expanding AI organization serving millions. You'll proactively identify and engage top-tier technical talent across global markets, focusing on regions like the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. Your work will directly influence how we scale our team and refine our approach to modern recruitment.
What You’ll Do
- Map and connect with high-potential candidates, even when they’re not actively looking, using strategic outreach and networking
- Leverage AI-powered tools and non-traditional sourcing channels to uncover talent beyond job boards
- Build lasting relationships with professionals worldwide to support future hiring needs
- Lead the candidate journey from first contact through final decision, ensuring every interaction reflects quality and respect
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate both technical capability and cultural fit, delivering clear summaries to decision-makers
- Collaborate with founders and team leads to streamline hiring workflows and adapt processes as the company grows
- Support initiatives that strengthen our reputation as a top destination for AI talent
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years in recruitment, with 2+ years focused on tech talent
- Proven success sourcing candidates from major technology hubs globally
- Experience in startups or fast-paced scale-ups
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools
- Fluent English communication and strong interpersonal skills
- A self-starter mindset—comfortable balancing execution, planning, and strategy
- Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
- Comfort recruiting for products involving uncensored content
