Big Brand Tire & Service is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle hiring across multiple business units in the automotive services industry. You'll work hand-in-hand with Operations to attract, engage, and hire top talent.

What You'll Do

Own full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through senior management roles across multiple states, supporting both Service Center and Corporate positions.
Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, district managers, regional leaders, and operations teams—understanding workforce needs and delivering timely, effective hiring solutions.
Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Build and maintain accurate, compliant candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Manage multiple priorities with urgency while maintaining high-quality hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and ATS platforms.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with HR, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
A customer-service approach with strong communication, professionalism, and accountability.
The ability to stay focused, adaptable, and results-driven in a high-volume setting.

Nice to Have

Automotive industry experience.
Production and/or manufacturing experience.
