As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll ensure the hiring process runs efficiently from start to finish, focusing on scheduling coordination and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for all stages of the interview process, aligning availability between candidates and internal teams
- Prepare and share essential documents such as job summaries, candidate profiles, and interview timelines
- Issue offer letters and assist with onboarding paperwork to support timely hiring
- Uphold strict confidentiality when handling personal and company-sensitive data
- Identify opportunities to refine and streamline recruitment workflows for better efficiency
Work Environment
This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location within Mexico. There is no requirement to commute or report to an office. The contract duration is six months, with clear expectations around availability and responsiveness during business hours.
