Responsibilities
- Develop and manage performance marketing strategies to acquire new users efficiently
- Optimize paid campaigns across platforms including social media, search, and programmatic channels
- Analyze campaign performance data to inform strategic decisions and improve outcomes
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad content
- Manage and allocate budget across channels based on performance metrics
- Implement A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion funnels
- Monitor key performance indicators such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Work closely with data analytics teams to track and report on marketing effectiveness
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging advertising technologies
- Coordinate with external partners, including ad networks and media agencies
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all marketing activities
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining cost-efficiency
- Use analytics tools to gather insights and generate performance reports
- Drive cross-functional alignment with product and growth teams
- Identify new market opportunities for user acquisition
- Manage third-party tracking and attribution platforms
- Optimize landing pages and user journeys for conversion
- Support the development of audience segmentation strategies
- Lead bid and keyword strategies for search engine marketing
