About the Role
This position is responsible for maintaining and optimizing network systems across international sites, providing technical support, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and implementing security protocols to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance across international locations
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues promptly
- Maintain network hardware and software configurations
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures
- Support deployment of new network infrastructure
- Document network architecture and changes
- Respond to network outages and incidents
- Perform regular system backups and updates
- Configure routers, switches, and firewalls
- Assist with cloud-based network solutions
- Ensure compliance with data protection standards
- Collaborate with IT teams on system integration
- Troubleshoot remote access problems
- Manage IP address allocation
- Optimize network performance and bandwidth usage
- Support VoIP and unified communications systems
- Conduct network capacity planning
- Apply firmware and software patches
- Maintain network monitoring tools
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Assist with disaster recovery procedures
- Ensure secure remote access for global users
- Track network inventory and assets
- Follow change management protocols
Nice to Have
- CompTIA Network+ certification
- CCNA or equivalent credential
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies
- Knowledge of AWS or Azure networking
