Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher company, is hiring a Systems Sales Specialist to drive strategic growth and customer engagement within the Food & Beverage market. This remote role is responsible for developing innovative account strategies, expanding market share, and ensuring long-term customer success, with significant impact on revenue and competitive positioning.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives, applying customer insights and market intelligence.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand market share in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and distributors to ensure successful system sales.
• Leverage market insights and competitive intelligence to shape commercial strategies and maintain a strong competitive advantage.
• Analyze business performance and maintain CRM data, including sales funnel management and customer profiles.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, food science, food technology, chemical engineering, biology, chemistry, or business management.
• Demonstrated experience in system or project sales within industrial or Food & Beverage markets or biotech/pharma systems.
• Proven sales track record in a B2B environment, with experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and data-driven sales analysis.
• Familiarity with capital equipment sales or complex solution selling in regulated industries.
• Ability to travel 60%, overnight, within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice to Have

• Experience with filtration processes.
• Deeper knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Sales Team located on the East Coast, US, and will report to the Sales Director, North America and LATAM.

• Compensation range: $100,000 - $125,000 USD.
