Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Swedish Speaking IT Solutions Consultant to engage with Swedish-speaking clients in Greece. You will work to understand their unique IT challenges and develop customized solutions that improve their technology landscape and business efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Act as a consultant to Swedish-speaking clients, identifying their unique IT needs and recommending suitable solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client requirements and prepare tailored IT strategy proposals.
- Facilitate product demonstrations and training to ensure clients are equipped to utilize recommended IT solutions effectively.
- Work closely with technical teams to guarantee the successful implementation and integration of IT services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Keep abreast of emerging IT trends and technologies to provide up-to-date advice.
- Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in IT consulting, technical support, or a client-facing role focused on IT solutions.
- Deep understanding of IT systems, software solutions, and contemporary technology trends.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing customer service and satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly in a remote working setup.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
