🍊Candidate Profile
• Minimum 10 years clinical research industry experience, preferably including clinical operations or CRO service sales
• Minimum 5 years commercial experience in clinical research, ideally in CRO service sales, technology solutions, or marketing
• Proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial teams
• Preferential background in growth-stage organizations (100-500 employees)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
