State Street Investment Management is looking for a Sustainable Investing Analyst to play a key role in fulfilling sustainable investing-related reporting and disclosure requirements. You will support the firm’s market positioning and client service goals while helping meet regulatory obligations across various jurisdictions.
What You'll Do
- Play a leading role in the firm’s reporting to satisfy sustainable investing-related disclosure frameworks and external commitments.
- Help meet sustainable investing-related regulatory obligations in various jurisdictions.
- Support accurate reporting of the firm’s sustainable investing AUM.
- Help enable the broader Investments team and manage risk by centrally performing key tasks.
- Contribute to effective internal oversight of sustainable investing and asset stewardship.
- Monitor sustainable investing and asset stewardship-related market, regulatory, and industry developments.
- Collaborate across functions to advance priorities.
- Contribute to a variety of ongoing tasks and special projects as needs evolve.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working for an asset manager.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in areas such as sustainable investing, project management, risk, or compliance.
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks such as Principles for Responsible Investment and Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures.
- Experience with regulatory analysis or regulatory compliance.
- Experience with data analysis and reconciliation.
- Experience implementing policies, procedures, and business controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and comfort with leveraging AI tools.
