First Focus is looking for a Support Technician to join our team. You’ll handle a wide range of IT support tickets and onsite work for an MSP, troubleshooting across desktop, server, firewall, network, and cloud platforms. This role involves collaborating with senior engineers and participating in project deployments.
What You'll Do
- Manage support tickets across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange.
- Troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks.
- Support cloud platforms including Azure AD, Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix, and AWS.
- Participate in project deployments.
- Split time between desk-based support and hands-on onsite work.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to maintain efficient client environments.
- Travel to client sites as required.
What We're Looking For
- Deep knowledge of AD (with focus on Azure and some on-premise) and strong end-user support skills.
- Solid grasp of Windows Server, Exchange, and cloud platforms.
- Comfort troubleshooting across the entire stack, from desktop to firewall, including LAN/WAN.
- Experience with ticketing systems and excellent user communication skills.
- Strong communication, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for problem-solving.
- A valid Australian driver’s license and your own vehicle.
