What You'll Do

Support and maintain physical IT systems within manufacturing environments, including embedded devices in production machinery.
Deliver prompt, high-quality technical support to employees across departments, serving as the first point of contact for IT issues.
Manage core IT services such as identity platforms, cloud productivity suites, issue tracking systems, and file management solutions.
Deploy, configure, and maintain a wide range of hardware, from laptops and servers to specialized equipment integrated into factory systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, coordinating with external vendors when necessary.
Ensure network performance, availability, and reliability to support continuous operations across facilities.
Support a multi-platform environment including Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
Work closely with security, development, and infrastructure teams to implement scalable IT practices aligned with company growth.
Track and manage the lifecycle of all IT assets to maintain accurate inventory records.

Demonstrated experience managing identity and access platforms, cloud services, and enterprise software environments.
Proficiency with cloud infrastructure administration via AWS or Azure.
Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, domain controllers, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps workflows.
Ability to support end-user devices across Windows and macOS platforms.
Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Capacity to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving environment.
Proven ability to document system designs and operational processes for team use.
Commitment to long-term planning and architectural thinking when solving technical challenges.
Willingness to work on-site at the Mesa, Arizona facility.
