What You'll Do
- Support and maintain physical IT systems within manufacturing environments, including embedded devices in production machinery.
- Deliver prompt, high-quality technical support to employees across departments, serving as the first point of contact for IT issues.
- Manage core IT services such as identity platforms, cloud productivity suites, issue tracking systems, and file management solutions.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain a wide range of hardware, from laptops and servers to specialized equipment integrated into factory systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, coordinating with external vendors when necessary.
- Ensure network performance, availability, and reliability to support continuous operations across facilities.
- Support a multi-platform environment including Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
- Work closely with security, development, and infrastructure teams to implement scalable IT practices aligned with company growth.
- Track and manage the lifecycle of all IT assets to maintain accurate inventory records.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing identity and access platforms, cloud services, and enterprise software environments.
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure administration via AWS or Azure.
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, domain controllers, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps workflows.
- Ability to support end-user devices across Windows and macOS platforms.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven ability to document system designs and operational processes for team use.
- Commitment to long-term planning and architectural thinking when solving technical challenges.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Mesa, Arizona facility.
