What You'll Do
Diagnose and resolve intricate issues in Kubernetes and vCluster environments by analyzing logs, configurations, and system behavior. You'll engage directly with customers through Slack and our ticketing system, delivering clear and effective technical guidance in a conversational manner.
Work closely with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs, advocate for customer needs, and contribute to long-term product improvements. You'll take ownership of issues from start to finish, ensuring resolution while maintaining transparency throughout the process.
Help build and maintain internal documentation by capturing recurring problems, solutions, and best practices. Your insights will strengthen the team’s collective knowledge and improve response efficiency over time.
