VusionGroup SA is seeking a Support Expert (m/w/d) to join our team. You will be responsible for handling customer and partner inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the installation and configuration of our IoT Cloud solutions. We are an international company with an entrepreneurial spirit, operating in 19 countries.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with customers and partners to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Independently handle support tickets and coordinate fixes with 3rd level support.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and our ticketing tool.
- Support the installation and configuration of the VusionGroup solution.
- Troubleshoot system, network, and software issues.
- Conduct targeted follow-up and analysis of inquiries.
- Document processes and prepare relevant reports.
What We're Looking For
- HTL diploma, or an ongoing or completed university of applied sciences (FH) or university degree.
- Strong implementation skills, assertiveness, and initiative.
- Customer-oriented working style.
- Good communication skills, with excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Friendly and strong team player.
- Willingness to travel and perform.
Nice to Have
- Experience using remote support tools.
- Desired knowledge of IT environments (LAN, WLAN, cloud environments, Linux & Windows).
- Professional experience.
