- Help NDIS participants put their NDIS Plans into action and manage their support services effectively
- Carry out all required administrative tasks to the specified standards, ensuring full compliance
- Build and sustain relationships with semi-government organizations and disability-focused groups
- Take initiative in growing and maintaining professional networks within the disability sector
- Market MyIntegra to relevant stakeholders and stimulate interest in NDIS support coordination services
- Present to various groups including Local Area Coordinators, disability service providers, and participant networks
