ALDO Group is looking for a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to lead one or more underground telecommunication construction crews. You will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety.
- Supervise day-to-day activities and project progress, establish guidance on execution, and ensure compliance with project deliverables.
- Identify and course-correct project issues and risks, assisting in the development of response plans.
- Implement and maintain processes to assist in the completion of tasks for your assigned area or project.
- Communicate effectively with company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.
What We're Looking For
- An Associate's Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
- Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
- Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
