Crossmedia is hiring a temporary Supervisor, Paid Search for a full-time engagement from March through June. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns for a variety of clients, leveraging data to drive results.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive paid search strategies to meet client objectives.
- Execute and optimize media tactics including SEM, Google PMAX, Demand Gen, Retargeting, Audience Targeting, and Shopping campaigns.
- Manage monthly and daily spend activities for assigned clients, preferably handling six-figure monthly budgets or higher.
- Lead regular client status calls to review performance and discuss optimization strategies.
- Plan and deliver presentations for managed accounts, providing detailed insights and strategic recommendations.
- Communicate key performance trends effectively to account leads and clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Balance tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and navigate challenges effectively.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account and process improvement.
- Develop and implement testing strategies to improve ad performance and client ROI.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in paid search and strategy, with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, SA360 (Search Ads 360), and other third-party platforms.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Roundel, Walmart Connect, Criteo, Instacart, and Kroger.
- Experience working on enterprise brands focused on driving efficient sales and leads.
- Proven ability to run a variety of media tactics including SEM, GDN, Retargeting, Audience Targeting, and Shopping.
- Experience managing monthly and daily spend activity for assigned clients.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and administer presentations for managed accounts.
- Skill in leading regular client status update calls.
- Experience providing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting and analysis.
- Ability to communicate key performance trends clearly.
- Skill in conducting keyword research to drive new growth areas.
- Experience creating effective ad copy to optimize click-through and conversion rates.
