KPMG Spain is seeking a Junior Strategy & Value Creation – Operations professional to join our advisory team. You'll work directly with leading companies on operational transformation projects, helping improve industrial processes and optimize supply chains to generate real impact on efficiency, costs, and sustainability.

What You'll Do

Support the analysis of production and logistics processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate in developing operational diagnostics and action plans in manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and supply chain areas.
Participate in industrial digitalization and end-to-end supply chain optimization projects.
Prepare economic models, data analysis, and client presentations.
Interact with internal and client teams, contributing to the implementation of solutions.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Business Administration with an Operations specialization, Mathematics, or similar.
Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and ability to work in a team.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
High English proficiency (C1 level).
Availability for domestic and international travel (70-80% of the time).
