EY is looking for a Strategy Consultant to join its EY-Parthenon practice in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. As a Junior Consultant, you will focus on strategic consulting around organic and inorganic growth agendas, helping businesses make informed decisions by identifying issues, conducting analysis, and building cases.
What You'll Do
- Identify and analyze strategic issues for clients.
- Design and conduct analysis to support client decisions.
- Contribute to conclusions and collaborate with the team to build cases.
- Work on diverse client topics, including designing and implementing organic/inorganic growth strategies and digital transformations.
- Conduct analysis and due diligence on acquisition and divestiture candidates.
- Evaluate the attractiveness of potential targets.
- Understand new markets.
- Transform underperforming institutions and optimize cash flow and profitability.
- Implement strategic changes.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced or completed university studies.
- Aptitude and interest in strategic consulting, business consulting, private equity, investment banking, project management, transactions, corporate finance, operations, or quantitative research.
- Ability to perform thorough assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
- Professional proficiency in English, including effective verbal and written communication.
- Willingness and ability to travel when necessary.
