About the Role

Press Ganey Associates LLC is hiring a Senior Consultant for its Strategic Consulting team. You will partner with health plan and provider organizations to solve complex challenges using data-driven insights, with a focus on improving member, provider, and patient experience.

What You'll Do

  • Utilize Press Ganey and client data assets to consult with stakeholders on opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Partner with health plans and medical groups to complete data analysis, interpretation, and process design.
  • Construct and/or lead data analysis for payer analytics, including authorization metrics and denial rates, and summarize conclusions.
  • Be an effective trainer for patient experience best practices and process improvement.
  • Coordinate actions to get work completed efficiently, delegating and leveraging internal and client resources.
  • Manage and deliver the defined scope of engagement plan, including timelines, deliverables, budget, and outcomes.
  • Lead preparation of client deliverables including data analyses, assessments, quality reviews, training, and presentations.
  • Build and manage successful client relationships generating positive feedback on quality, value, and results.
  • Serve as the direct point of contact with the client and quickly establish credibility for project work streams.
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately influence various audiences and levels of client management.
  • Plan, organize and prioritize project activities using work plans and other project management tools.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of work experience in experience management within health plan and provider organizations.
  • Specific experience in one or more of: consumer experience; member/patient acquisition and retention; health plan experience improvement; Medicare Stars and NCQA; market research and insights; experience design; or a proven track record of experience improvement.
  • Past experience in training and coaching member/patient-facing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving performance improvement initiatives.
  • Strong data analytic skills (Excel, Access, SQL, SAS, etc.).
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Products (Word, PPT, Excel) for document preparation.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and quickly adapt to multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree preferred in business administration, health policy and administration, finance, or a clinical field.

Team & Environment

You will be a core member of the Strategic Consulting team, working directly with healthcare clients to drive meaningful improvement.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $130,000 to $175,000
  • Competitive benefits package
  • Discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
