EY is hiring a Junior Designer for Commercial Proposals to join our Deal Activation Latam team in Mexico City. This fast-growing group of business development and creative design professionals is dedicated to winning the firm's most strategic and high-value opportunities. You'll actively participate in proposal sessions, collaborate with internal clients to develop effective solutions, and create designs aligned with firm guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Participate actively in proposal sessions throughout the opportunity process, including kick-off meetings, success strategies, document updates, and preparation and review of materials.
- Collaborate with internal clients to understand their needs and objectives, and work with the team to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Provide conceptual design and production solutions during the opportunity cycle to support communication strategies developed by the Proposals teams.
- Create designs aligned with Firm guidelines, establishing solid typography and proper use of color, images, and fonts, ensuring text readability and consistency of graphic illustrations.
- Develop interactive presentations using a variety of software and design tools, ensuring they meet quality and relevance standards.
- Work on different projects simultaneously, meeting stipulated deadlines and maintaining high quality in delivered work.
What We're Looking For
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic or visual design (video editing, writing/messaging, presentations).
- Excellent command of PowerPoint. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools.
- English Level: Advanced (B2 and above).
