About the Role

Join a senior remote team at a pivotal stage of growth as a Marketing Artist shaping the visual direction of leading mobile titles. This role demands more than execution—you’ll define how creative assets are captured, built, and optimized, with direct influence on strategy and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce high-volume, high-impact user acquisition content across short-form video, motion graphics, and static formats
  • Take full ownership of gameplay capture in Unity—from planning shots to refining recording techniques and ensuring premium visual quality
  • Assemble compelling video ads from end to end: editing, motion design, sound integration, and final output
  • Apply audio elements strategically to strengthen pacing, clarity, and emotional resonance
  • Identify inefficiencies in creative pipelines and implement solutions through templates, tooling, and process improvements
  • Support ASO initiatives with performance-driven app icons, screenshots, and preview videos
  • Collaborate with UA and marketing teams to align assets with campaign goals across paid, social, and store channels
  • Keep projects organized with clear file structures and consistent communication in a fast-moving setting

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience creating marketing content for mobile games or entertainment brands
  • Proven skills in video editing (Premiere, Resolve, or similar), motion graphics (After Effects), and graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience capturing and refining gameplay footage, preferably in Unity
  • Ability to clean and mix audio, and integrate music and effects purposefully into ads
  • Curiosity about performance data—driven to learn what works and why
  • Self-starter mentality: proactive, adaptable, and unafraid to improve systems without direction
  • Quick learner who thrives in independent, experimental environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ASO or social-first content for platforms like TikTok, Meta, or YouTube
  • Basic 3D skills using Blender or Cinema 4D
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or Midjourney
  • Interest in automotive or motorsports visuals, including filming or editing dynamic outdoor footage
