EY is hiring a Senior Consultant within its Innovation and Experience Design practice. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment to help organizations innovate and transform through compelling experiences and digital strategies using design thinking and digital innovation principles. What You'll Do
- Contribute to projects addressing clients’ most pressing challenges across sectors such as healthcare, consumer products, retail, automotive, and technology.
- Support the design and delivery of customer experience and digital strategy initiatives, including customer personas and journey maps, voice of the customer analysis, design thinking workshops, and digital platform assessments and vendor evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and innovative solutions.
- Assist in developing transformation roadmaps and actionable strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Participate in research and analysis to uncover insights that inform experience design and digital innovation.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in Digital Strategy, Customer Experience, Design Thinking, Business Strategy, or Product Design.
- Experience in research, analysis, and conceptual design for digital initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a consulting environment or digital agency.
- Exposure to omni-channel strategy and customer experience projects.
- Understanding of buyer behavior and digital platform trends.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
