Celestica is hiring a Lead Engineer, Manufacturing Process to design, develop, deploy, and optimize processes for manufacturing. You will be responsible for achieving quality, cost, and delivery goals for Celestica and its customers' products. This is an onsite position located in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes to support customer products.
- Develop application software and tooling for a comprehensive set of complex machines and mechanical process steps within a manufacturing sector.
- Implement plan and lead the assessment of machine and process capability using Design of Experiments and statistical methods across the full manufacturing process.
- Lead a disciplined process for solving complex single-stage or multistage product, process, and component problems that affect efficient operation and manufacture.
- Initiate and lead the assessment and provide feedback to product designers on the suitability of designs for manufacturability.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 to 3 years of related experience in similar job roles.
