About the Role

Enterprise is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to manage the digital presence for our Laughlin properties, Tropicana Laughlin and Harrah’s Laughlin. You will be responsible for all web, social media, and online review channels, supporting the Marketing Manager with campaigns and content to enhance our brand reputation.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance the digital presence for both properties across web, social media, and online review channels.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with advertising campaign needs, content coordination, and brand reputation efforts.
  • Write clear, accurate, brand-consistent content for social media, websites, and advertising materials.
  • Ensure accuracy and factual correctness of all published information while maintaining high editorial standards.
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Knowledge of all company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication best practices.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Facebook, YouTube and other social media sites as well as light web coding ability.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience as a Social Media Coordinator.
  • Any graphic design work.
