Responsibilities
- Perform systematic, data-based assessments to uncover underlying issues and measure potential improvements using Excel and related analytical tools.
- Lead structured evaluations to determine root causes, assess opportunities, and form practical, evidence-supported recommendations in areas such as market strategy, pricing, customer experience, product development, and operations.
- Formulate and validate hypotheses to solve intricate business challenges in market approach, pricing models, customer retention, product design, and operational efficiency.
- Create polished, client-ready materials and assist in developing presentation content with growing autonomy.
- Assist senior leaders by producing briefing materials and insights that enhance their effectiveness and preparedness in client interactions.
- Assume responsibility for specific project components and start leading internal and external discussions with minimal supervision.
- Work jointly with multidisciplinary client teams and internal consultants to ensure alignment and forward progress on initiatives.
