EY is hiring a Strategy and Execution - Corporate Growth Strategy Manager to provide strategic advisory services to clients across the transaction lifecycle. In this role, you will leverage your analytical and consulting expertise to help clients develop and execute actionable growth and investment strategies.
What You'll Do
- Advise clients on corporate strategy throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Develop actionable growth strategies, including corporate, investment, transaction evaluation, and value creation plans.
- Formulate business strategies by analyzing market trends, financial data, customer research, macroeconomic forecasts, and portfolio optimization.
- Review transaction rationale and documents to identify critical business issues and risks.
- Assist in defining the scope and objectives of strategy engagements in consultation with senior leadership.
- Manage work streams and projects from initial data collection and analysis through to final client deliverables.
- Manage and motivate diverse teams of professionals performing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, STEM, or a related field plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience performing quantitative or qualitative analysis.
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the same fields plus 2 years of relevant work experience.
- 2 years of experience consulting to provide private equity clients with strategic solutions.
- 2 years of consulting experience managing business strategy and M&A strategic diligence projects in complex environments.
- 2 years of experience making detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors, and customers.
- 1 year of experience in project management and supervising engagement teams of 2 or more members.
- 2 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, including primary research, survey design, macroeconomic forecasting, building financial models from scratch in MS Excel, and presenting to senior clients.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%, with a portion being international.
