Key Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing discovery sessions to define scope, outcomes, and success criteria.
- Convert business requirements into structured deliverables including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Support project execution by setting milestones, tracking progress, and identifying risks early.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, ensuring solutions meet defined needs and issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to refine requirements and validate feedback.
- Guide clients through change adoption, helping them embrace new processes and tools effectively.
- Identify opportunities to extend value beyond initial scope, proposing enhancements that drive greater impact.
- Develop reusable frameworks and methodologies that strengthen delivery consistency across projects.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge resources.
- Support pre-sales activities and strategic advisory discussions when needed.
