Lead growth with full ownership in a lean, execution-driven environment. As Head of Growth, you'll shape and deliver measurable results across customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention for a leading online printing platform in Southeast Asia. This is a part-time role (approximately 3 days per week) with direct collaboration between the CEO and core teams, offering significant autonomy and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Drive end-to-end growth outcomes, focusing on high-leverage initiatives in acquisition, conversion, and customer lifetime value
- Design, launch, and scale experiments across paid and organic channels, optimizing for long-term ROI
- Identify friction points in the customer journey and implement rapid improvements in partnership with product and design
- Reallocate budgets dynamically across markets and product lines based on performance data
- Own key metrics including CAC, LTV, retention rates, and conversion performance across funnels
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
- Test and iterate quickly, balancing speed with analytical rigor to drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in growth, marketing, or performance-driven roles, ideally within startups or high-ownership environments
- Proven track record in managing acquisition campaigns, conversion rate optimization, and retention strategies
- Strong fluency in Google Analytics, spreadsheets, SEM, and social advertising platforms
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight, prioritizing effectively across competing demands
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Math, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
- Experience in fractional or interim roles is highly valued
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data and adapting quickly as new insights emerge
