Schaeffler is looking for a Strategy & Business Development Professor to formulate strategy and drive market expansion in the hydrogen energy sector. In this role, you will conduct market analysis, develop strategic plans, and lead business development initiatives to help the company seize growth opportunities in the hydrogen industry. What You'll Do

  • Track global and Chinese hydrogen policies, technology trends, and competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and risks.
  • Develop hydrogen business expansion strategies based on the company's resources and technical advantages.
  • Determine priority markets and define target customer groups.
  • Identify potential customers, establish partnerships, and interact extensively with upstream and downstream companies to facilitate project implementation.
  • Lead preliminary planning for hydrogen projects, including economic calculations and business model design.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to advance projects into the implementation phase.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference for graduates from 985/211 universities or equivalent foreign degrees; major background is not limited.
  • 8-10+ years of work experience, with at least 3+ years of experience in the hydrogen energy industry.
  • Familiar with the bidding requirements and frameworks for medium to large hydrogen projects; have personally participated in or led the implementation of related projects with substantial project experience.
  • Strong business development capabilities in bidding projects, able to effectively coordinate and organize internal and external company resources for business communication and negotiation.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing industry environment and possess a team-oriented spirit.
