Pinterest is hiring a Strategy and Operations Lead, Trust and Safety

Ruby Game Studio is hiring a Strategy and Operations Lead for its Trust and Safety team. In this role, you will be the lead program manager focusing initially on managing Adult Content programs, driving the setup, management, and execution of multiple dynamic and complex initiatives. You’ll have the opportunity to take on other priority areas as business needs evolve.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end execution of high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives within Adult Content and related program areas.
• Define objectives, manage timelines, unblock issues, and drive measurable results.
• Collaborate regularly with Work Force Management, Vendor Management, Operations, Product, Engineering, and leadership to ensure clear understanding and achievement of program goals, hand-offs, and dependencies.
• Take ownership of new and complex projects in response to evolving Trust and Safety priorities.
• Automate and streamline work to enable flexibility and rapid scaling as business needs shift.
• Build and maintain clear, actionable process documentation.
• Investigate performance gaps, recommend solutions, and help implement corrective actions to enhance outcomes.
• Provide concise, executive-ready updates on program progress, risks, and operational highlights.
• Deliver clear, action-oriented communications in meetings and status reports.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach to resolving escalations, workflow barriers, and unexpected challenges.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements and operational best practices to maximize impact and efficiency across your program portfolio.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in program management and operations management.
• A track record of driving impact and positive leadership and stakeholder relationship engagement.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with thoughtful data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborative communication skills, attention to detail, thoughtful consensus building, and being receptive to feedback.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Trust and Safety content moderation or a related field.
• Experience with Trust and Safety operations, workflows, capacity planning, and labeling.
• An advanced degree.

You will join the Trust and Safety’s Strategy and Operations team.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation range: $118,543—$244,059 USD plus equity.
• The position is also eligible for equity.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role. Candidates can be located anywhere in the country.
