Baptist Health is hiring a Patient Registration, Team Lead to oversee the daily activities of the Patient Access department at the Baptist Health Neurological Clinic. This individual will ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient service.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the overall activities of the Patient Access department.
- Provide training and in-service education to employees.
- Coordinate with clinic leadership or Patient Access leadership to maintain appropriate staffing and ensure no interruption in workflow.
What We're Looking For
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hospital or medical practice patient access related role.
Nice to Have
- Experience in health information management, registration, collections, or scheduling.
Technical Stack
- MS Office programs
- EMR systems
- Other relevant computer systems
Team & Environment
Coordinates with clinic leadership or Patient Access leadership.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based at the Baptist Health Neurological Clinic.
