OpenSesame is seeking an Enablement Manager to equip our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams—including Sales, Customer Success Managers, Sales Development Representatives, and Partners—to win as we scale into a multi-product SaaS business. You will be instrumental in shaping how we sell, support, and grow revenue across a complex portfolio, leveraging AI for smarter insights and execution.
What You'll Do
- Design and launch an integrated enablement framework for Sales, CSMs, SDRs, and Partners.
- Deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs, including certification programs tied to productivity outcomes.
- Own Highspot as the field enablement hub.
- Launch multi-product enablement programs to support cross-sell and upsell success.
- Deploy and train GTM teams on AI-enabled workflows, such as Gong coaching, predictive scoring, and RFP automation.
- Develop best-practice toolkits for engaging prospects, customers, and partners.
- Institutionalize a repeatable enablement framework for onboarding, certifications, and continuous learning.
- Establish cross-functional cadences for alignment and reporting.
- Deliver GTM enablement for company kickoffs, covering new messaging, positioning, and playbooks.
- Launch OpenSesame Certified 2.0 to reduce partner onboarding time.
- Document AI-driven productivity gains.
- Establish a closed-loop reporting system linking enablement programs to pipeline, retention, and revenue outcomes.
- Present quarterly scorecards to leadership.
- Continuously refine enablement content, certifications, and KPIs.
- Drive GTM adoption of AI-enabled workflows.
- Work in close partnership with Product Marketing to ensure GTM teams are trained, aligned, and confident in delivering differentiated value.
- Maintain tight alignment with Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
- Build a culture of enablement that fosters collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
