What You'll Do
Develop and execute direct sales plans tailored to customer needs, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records while advancing sales pipelines through timely follow-up and responsive communication. Regularly engage with existing clients, partners, and prospects to understand evolving requirements and position solutions effectively.
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favorable terms while supporting long-term account growth. Share market intelligence with internal teams to inform product development and strategic planning. Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and economic shifts to maintain optimal pricing, volume, and product mix.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in sales within automation, manufacturing technology, robotics, or machine tool industries
- Minimum of five years of experience in technical sales environments requiring both relationship-building and strategic planning
- Familiarity with ERP systems, production scheduling, tool management, and program management in industrial settings
- Proven ability to understand complex customer workflows and align technology solutions to operational goals
- Self-driven mindset with a strong focus on personal and organizational growth

Work Mode
