What You'll Do
Provide remote clinical oversight and support for home care operations during evenings, nights, and weekends. Serve as the primary point of contact for after-hours calls from Monday through Sunday, ensuring timely responses to urgent patient needs. Evaluate and triage clinical situations, guiding appropriate interventions and facilitating admissions outside standard business hours. Collaborate with on-call teams to resolve complex cases and maintain continuity of care across locations.
Requirements
Must hold a valid Compact RN license for the state of Florida and be available to work overnight shifts from 5:00 PM to 8:30 AM on weekdays, along with full-day coverage on Saturdays and Sundays. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure is essential. Strong critical thinking, communication, and customer service skills are required. Proficiency with digital systems and remote documentation tools is necessary. Prior experience in home care is highly preferred.
