About the Role

OAK - Online Akademie GmbH is looking for a Customer Care Manager (m/w/d) to actively shape our service quality through friendly and solution-oriented customer interactions. You will join the engine behind StudyCheck, Germany's leading online portal for study orientation, ensuring a reliable and helpful customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Process written customer inquiries via our platform in a solution-oriented, friendly, and detail-oriented manner.
  • Conduct occasional phone calls to clarify customer concerns quickly.
  • Maintain and update data in tools like Salesforce, ensuring consistency and order.
  • Review experience reports on StudyCheck and FernstudiumCheck for language, structure, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Improve existing processes, provide feedback on workflows, and develop ideas for more efficient customer service.
  • Adhere to response times and quality standards to ensure reliable service.
