Agiliti Health, Inc. is looking for a Hospital Operations Team Lead/Coordinator to play a key leadership role in daily hospital operations, stepping in when the Operations Manager is unavailable. This is an entry-level leadership opportunity to grow while directly impacting patient care and team performance.
What You'll Do
- Step in to lead hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.
- Assist with training, coaching, and performance feedback for Hospital Service Technicians (HSTs).
- Help manage equipment inventory, productivity, and flow to ensure smooth hospital operations.
- Address staff concerns and help implement solutions in a professional and respectful manner.
- Assist with shift scheduling and promote teamwork across all shifts.
- Help facilitate onboarding and ongoing training using the HST training manual.
- Guide staff in using ASSET360 and other hospital systems effectively.
- Pitch in with daily tasks like patient rounds, equipment delivery, and cleaning when needed.
- Understand the basics of the hospital’s service contract and help ensure compliance.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical or healthcare-related role, or in a leadership/support capacity.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
