CenterWell Pharmacy, Inc., part of Humana, is seeking a Strategy Advancement Advisor - LTSS Program Manager to provide data-based strategic direction and manage complex business initiatives. This role is central to ensuring our operations meet regulatory requirements and deliver exceptional care.
What You'll Do
- Liaise between state regulator, plan leadership, and the enterprise to ensure execution of contract deliverables and operational changes.
- Present to the state regulator on behalf of Humana.
- Perform audit material reviews and post-audit follow-ups as required.
- Review and approve all materials prior to submission to the state regulator, including policies, work plans, and provider/member-facing materials.
- Drive bi-monthly in-person audits with the state regulator.
- Work with market leadership to maintain important stakeholder relationships throughout Indiana.
- Oversee the execution of timely regulator deliverables.
- Maintain intimate familiarity with contractual requirements and stipulations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Medicaid managed care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strategic planning experience at the market level or higher.
- Proven record of success in driving operational improvement.
- Experience dealing with external Medicaid and Medicare regulatory agencies.
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- Prior experience with interpreting and acting upon Medicaid and/or Medicare contracts and legal requests.
- Experience working with HCBS (Home and Community Based Services).
- Formal or informal experience with leading teams and/or cross-functional collaboration.
- Availability to meet in person with state leaders.
- Must reside in the state of Indiana.
- Valid state driver's license, proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 limits, and access to a reliable vehicle.
- This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana at Home's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program; selected candidates will be screened for TB.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position that requires you to perform duties in the downtown Indianapolis, IN office 3 days per week.
