About the Role

The role involves creating and managing direct response marketing initiatives to generate donor support and increase contributions through multichannel outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute direct response marketing strategies to grow donor base
  • Design compelling messaging for email, direct mail, and digital platforms
  • Use data analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize results
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce effective fundraising content
  • Manage A/B testing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
  • Track donor behavior and adjust strategies to increase retention
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies on campaign execution
  • Monitor key performance indicators and report on fundraising outcomes
  • Ensure brand consistency across all direct response materials
  • Stay current with industry trends in nonprofit marketing and donor engagement
  • Support budget planning and forecasting for marketing initiatives
  • Work with compliance to ensure adherence to fundraising regulations
  • Develop donor journey maps to improve response rates
  • Identify new opportunities for audience segmentation and targeting
  • Lead post-campaign analysis to inform future strategies
  • Provide input on donor acquisition cost and lifetime value metrics
  • Assist in building donor acquisition funnels across channels
  • Maintain documentation of campaign strategies and results
  • Contribute to long-term marketing planning efforts
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to align on organizational goals
